Leyla is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Desk.com. In her more than six years at Salesforce, Leyla has held a variety of leadership positions across product management, product marketing and business operations helping to build a scalable infrastructure to support the company’s business.
In her previous role, Leyla was responsible for building and growing the Salesforce AppExchange and its robust and innovative partner ecosystem of startups and ISVs building and selling the next-generation of enterprise apps. Prior to Salesforce, Leyla worked in product management and marketing organizations at Primavera Systems, Evolve Software, Vivant and Eutron SPA. SVP, Business Operations
Jonathan’s team is charged with driving the go to market strategy for Desk.com and scaling the organization for continued growth. He’s worked at Salesforce since 2011, both in corporate development and managing business operations for the Marketing Cloud. Previously he worked as an M&A consultant at Deloitte and at Allegiance Telecom.
Jonathan has a BA in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. Jonathan spends most of his free time playing legos and exploring San Francisco playgrounds with his two young sons.
VP, Worldwide Sales
Paul has 15+ years experience working in successful sales teams, and now oversees all worldwide customer acquisition and business development efforts for Desk.com. He’s worked at Salesforce for almost a decade, most recently managing several mid-market sales teams. Prior to joining Salesforce he worked in field sales at ExactTarget, noHold, and Maxim Group.
Paul has a degree in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento. He grew up tossing pizza dough at his family’s Italian restaurant. He’s also an avid soccer player and coaches his children’s teams.Follow @PaulVacaro
VP, Customer Experience
Marie runs professional services, support, sales enablement and program management at Desk.com. Before joining Salesforce in 2008, Marie held support, professional service, product marketing, and program management positions at Oracle, Peoplesoft, Evolve, and Primavera. She has a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
Known as the "team mom," Marie’s responsible for making sure our customers and internal teams have all of the tools and resources they need to succeed — even orange slices and gatorades to keep them energized. She has two children of her own and in her free time she’s an active volunteer for the San Carlos Educational Foundation and competes in obstacle course races like Tough Mudder.Follow @mlaxros
Scott currently serves as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering for Desk.com. He believes that amazing customer experiences begin and end with service and is passionate about creating the products that help enable them. Most recently within Salesforce’s Service Cloud organization, he drove key initiatives including Salesforce1's Publisher Actions and the revolutionary, patented Case Feed.
Before joining Salesforce, Scott cut his entrepreneurial teeth building several consumer and enterprise software companies including a multi-brand e-commerce service with an integrated multi-channel customer service platform. In his (not-so) secret life, Scott has composed and produced a range of music for the likes of Oliver Stone, Disney, and Interscope.
