"Acknowledge that each and every complaint is an opportunity NOT an interruption to the work day!" Good point, Agents should value and treat each complaint as part of their daily lives. They should be patient in dealing with their customers concern.

This story might help you, Michael. It's a very moving story I heard on NPR about a hotel chain hiring people based on their empathy. (Heroes Of Mumbai's Taj Hotel: Why They Risked Their Lives : NPR http://n.pr/sdoIaf). I also read something recently about a company that puts candidates in a room together and has them each stand and recount their most embarrassing moment. The company is not watching the person who is speaking, but rather the other candidates. They're looking for body language that signals empathy. Fascinating stuff.

It would also be great to have this as an input option for the Knowledge Base. Much easier to maintain than HTML

It's HTML5, so, yes, you just visit the URL using Safari.

You can save a bookmark to your desktop / home screen on iOS and Android and Desk.com will behave just like an application launched from the desktop.

We will eventually add packed apps to the Android and iTunes stores, though availability has not yet been announced.
