In case you thought we were going to take a break after the sneak preview release of Desk.com Mobile last month, we’ve just made a new version available to every user and it includes three new features you’ve been asking for! We’re continuing to evolve our mobile app, and of course our customers contributed with feedback and feature requests.
Desk.com Mobile is available now and you don’t have download any apps from an app store. To get started with these new features, simply log in to Desk.com on your mobile device browser.

Here’s what’s new:
When viewing a Case Filters screen, Mobile Agents can now sort their list of cases by using the Sort icon (the stack of three horizontal lines) located at the top right of the screen. Examples of sorting: status, priority, activity, created date, updated date, and subject.
When viewing case lists, agents can now do horizontal swipe gestures to access a Quick Actions menu for individual cases without having to open up a case and switch to the Case Details screen. This will help speed up the work flow for quickly resolving or reassigning cases.
Agents can now manage labels on individual cases from the Case Details screen. When viewing case details, the application will show the currently -selected labels. Agents can tap on the blue plus button to open up the Label Management panel.
Once the Labels Panel is open, they have a sortable, multi-selectable list to access all the same labels in the Agent Desktop.
