We heard your requests for push notifications to alert you to cases that require your attention. You asked and we delivered! You can now use your phone settings to customize how you get those alerts.

 No More Switching Back and Forth

We’ve also included another nice enhancement: Case attachments and web links now open up directly inside of Mobile. This means you can open documents, images, or even web pages without switching back and forth between Safari and your cases.
