New Status Page – Revised Based on Feedback

Last week we started testing a new status page at status.assistly.com.

We received a lot of great feedback on our status page (thank you!), not all of it good. Not discouraged, we went back to the drawing board and today we reveal a new version.

You told us you liked what 37 Signals, Github, and Typekit were doing with their status pages,  so we studied those and decided to build something similar.

Behold our new and improved status page:

At the top of the page is the current system status. If it’s green, then all systems are good to go. Any other color (red, orange, etc.) indicates that something in the system requires your attention and you should read the status history for recommendations.

Finally, in the right hand sidebar you will see a list of other helpful resources.

Please let us know your thoughts on the new status.assistly.com page in the comments area below.

Nice! What is powering this? Custom, SaaS, or open source?

It’s custom code plus a Tumblr blog.

Far superior to what you started with.  Thanks for listening!
