Last night we implemented a temporary patch to manage a Facebook API issue.  The issue has caused intermittent problems retrieving Facebook conversations.  As a temporary solution, we’ve implemented a fix to continuously monitor posts during the last seven days and to import any comments associated with these posts.

We are continuing to  work with our partner, Facebook, to address the underlying issue.
