Manager of Email Marketing and Operations

The Manager of Email Marketing and Operations is responsible for managing all of Desk.com’s email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and revenue, as well as managing and coordinating the operational support for other marketing campaigns in other channels. In this role, you will be managing the email campaign process including scheduling and planning, creative development, set-up, review, QA, deployment, analysis and reporting.

Your primary focus will be email marketing, but you will also provide operational support for marketing campaigns in other channels. You will be extremely numbers-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth production of marketing campaigns, looking to test and optimize campaign effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing the email marketing database and administering the marketing automation tools.
