World-Class Security

What happens after the 30-day trial?

You get 30 days to try as much of Desk.com as you want, at no charge, even if you add hundreds of Agents. And, of course, you always get your first Full-Time Agent for free—even after the 30 days—though you will need to enter a payment method after the trial to keep your Desk.com account, even if it's free. (Don't worry, we won't ever charge your card without you first approving charges).

Free out the door? What's the catch?

There's no catch, and no commitment. You receive one Full-Time Agent for free with Desk.com and there is no contract or long-term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again. No complicated plans. Use what you need; pay as you go.

Can I really add Agents for $1/hr?

Yes. We recognize that your company's need for support staff may grow and shrink with demand and that you may embrace a "Whole Company Support" philosophy, where everyone has a role to play. Add as many Flex (Part-Time) Agents as you like. No expensive licenses or monthly commitments—you simply pay by the hour of usage for Flex Agents. We make it easy to deliver Customer Wow without barriers, giving you complete flexibility in adapting Desk.com to your needs.

How easy is it to add or remove Agents?

It's easy as pie. Add or remove Full-Time and Flex Agents whenever and as often as you like. You can change your account at any time, adding or removing Agents or options whenever you desire. And, to boot: We also pro-rate you a credit for any unused services if you change your mind mid-month.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our online payment system. If you would like to prepay for 12 months you can pay with an invoice. Please contact us at sales@desk.com.

Are there any limits?

While powerful, Desk.com isn't without it's limitations.  The basic Knowledge Base includes 50,000 pageviews per month, 100 API requests per minute (for any third party apps that integrate with Desk.com), and for every Full-Time Agent you have in Desk.com, we grant you 50,000 additional customer records.  Moreover, for every Full-Time Agent you have in Desk.com, you are allotted 1,000 new cases per month
