Apptentive’s Desk.com Integration lets you manage mobile support tickets through Desk.com. It automatically opens cases in Desk.com and keeps them in sync when customers provide feedback in app. When you reply via Desk.com, the feedback is automatically routed back to the customer and displayed within your app in Message Center. Now your customer support team can use the tools they know to answer mobile support tickets.
To integrate successfully with Desk.com, you go through a simple process that is outlined within the Apptentive Dashboard under our Settings Tab, where you can click Integrations. That will bring you to detailed instructions along with an embedded form where you enter the your Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, OAuth Token, and OAuth Token Secret, along with the subdomain you use to access Desk.com.
