With the Cirrus Insight and Desk.com integration, customers can create and manage cases right from Gmail! When a contact emails you, all of their Desk.com Cases appear in the Desk.com Cases section of the Related Lists icon of the Cirrus Insight tab. From there, you can also create new cases that will be published in Desk.com.
