The Shopify – integration leverages Desk’s innovative Canvas framework, making it a powerful addition to any Desk site. Simply follow our setup guide listed below to get started. Your agents will see customer and order information directly within the Case Details section, providing them the information they need to best service your customers.

With the Shopify integration with, you can:

  • View Shopify Customer information: See your customer email, lifetime spend and recent orders.
  • Order Lookup: Look up orders by name or number to view the product quantity and amount, along with the status of the order.

Note that you will need to be on the Pro or Business Plus plan to use Canvas and will need to have at least one available Canvas iframe.
