All great business want to wow their customers, right? Business leaders from Jeff Bezos of Amazon to Eric Ries, Pioneer of the Lean Startup movement say creating a customer centric culture can help you be more successful. It’s a hot topic for startups and small business who are looking for any way to get an edge. But is this a practice that’s easier said than done? We don’t think it is - and we’re not alone.
We kicked off a series of talks about this topic in Oregon called “Building the Customer WOW Machine.” Desk.com brought together customer support leaders from Simple, Cloudability, Smarsh and Urban Airship to share how they created customer focus in their companies–along with practical tips on how they did it. The event was a success with 100 attendees in the audience a number of whom were excited to share their thoughts and experiences on how they’ve seen customer support shape the success of their business.
If this sounds like an event you'd like to be a part of, tell us where we should bring the Customer WOW Machine next. We are choosing a few cities and will assemble the experts, order up some pizza pies and be there to talk with you about how stellar customer support can help your startup win.
