So we’re excited to announce that the Wow Team won the bronze Stevie Award for “Customer Service Department of the Year - Computer Software - 100 or more Employees.” The Stevie Awards is one of the world’s top business awards for customer service and support, and we’re very proud to be part of a company that’s recognized for the work they do every day.
Here at Desk.com, everything we do is focused on helping companies provide amazing customer support. Our Customer Wow Team is built with the mandate to always work in the best interest of the customer and given the tools and authority to make decisions. Creating this experience is the core of our company culture and structure, and it’s everyone’s job - from marketing to sales to support - to listen to and engage with the customer.
We are also thrilled that two of our customers, Nextdoor and Fab, have also won Stevie Awards for their use of Desk.com in providing excellent service and support to their customers. We’d like to congratulate Nextdoor on taking home the gold Stevie Award for “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service”, and Fab for winning the silver Stevie Award for “Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats).” It’s businesses like these that are changing the way people perceive support, because they go above and beyond to provide the best possible experience to their customers.
